    • About dolomite slabs from Turkey

Dolomite (dolostone) is a carbonate rock made mainly of the mineral dolomite, a calcium magnesium carbonate. In the stone trade it is sold alongside marble and looks much like it, but it is usually a little harder and denser than calcite marble.

Develi Marble cuts its dolomite blocks on its own gangsaw line, processes them on its resin and polishing lines, and photographs every bundle in the yard — so each stone page shows real stock.
